You need the SMD IC HM 6116 LFP-2 from Hitachi or TC 5517 AF-2 from Toshiba. The first one you can get in Germany from Strixner+Holzinger (ca. 5,75 DM)
You just solder it direct on the board of PC-1360 as show below. The new RAM is from address 8192 to 10239.
Installation of a real-time clock
You need the SMD IC RTC 4513 from Seiko-Epson (ca. 5,40 DM from Reichelt Elektronik)
Additional very thin cables for internal installation. You can use either 15- or 11-pin-interface. My drivers are for I-15.

Some experienced users may solder the clock on the IR module, too, and use the lines on the 11-pin-interface as described at connections. You can also add a voltage regulator for 6 volts to use the calculator during recharge!

Overclocking the PC-1360
On the lower circuit board there is a small blue or silver CERALOCK oscillator with 768 kHz. Change it to one with 1,25 MHz and you have a faster computer!
This will make data transmissions and BEEP faster, too. To use PcTrans or PocketASM you must enter 1953 baud for serial transmissions! Cassette will only work with the same computer!
Make a RAM card
You need: IC PG51256SL or D43256B (SMD version) and IC 74HC00 (SMD version), a board and isolated wire!
